Requirements
- • Deliver high-quality barbering services across a range of client requirements
- • Perform skin fades, taper fades, clipper cuts, scissor cuts and modern styles
- • Provide beard shaping, trimming and shaving services
- • Consult with clients before services to understand their preferred look
- • Recommend suitable cuts and grooming styles based on individual client needs
- • Build trust and lasting relationships with clients
- • Encourage repeat bookings through consistent service and workmanship
- • Maintain excellent standards of personal presentation
- • Keep tools, equipment and the work area clean and professionally maintained
- • Contribute to a positive and welcoming customer environment
- • Work effectively alongside other Barbers and team members
- • Keep informed about new barbering techniques, products and trends
- • Take responsibility for the quality of completed services
- • Support the smooth running and presentation of the workplace
- • Demonstrate initiative and a strong commitment to professional standards
- • Continue developing technical skills and industry knowledge
