Key responsibilities
- Lead or support daily hospitality operations according to experience
- Deliver consistently high-quality coffee and customer service
- Coordinate Front of House activities during busy service periods
- Supervise team members and provide clear direction
- Train and support employees to strengthen workplace performance
- Maintain consistent service, presentation and operational standards
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Monitor service quality and address operational issues promptly
- Assist with shift planning, staff coordination and venue organisation
- Contribute to KPI performance and operational improvements
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional work environment
- Take a hands-on approach and lead by example during service
Requirements
- Relevant professional hospitality experience
- Experience as a Barista, Head Barista, Supervisor or Front of House Manager
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a hospitality team
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop staff
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain composed under pressure
- Positive, energetic and professional approach to work
- Strong commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to substantiate relevant employment experience and skills
