Candidate Information
- Full name, contact details, email, telephone & WhatsApp.
- Nationality, passport expiry date, current location.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV), trade qualifications & apprenticeships.
- Work reference letters, payslips & employment certificates.
- English proficiency test scores (IELTS / PTE Academic).
- Skill Assessment outcome documents (TRA / VETASSESS / NZQA).
Employer & Telemetry Data
- Company registration, ABN/NZBN, trading address.
- Standard Business Sponsor (SBS) & AEWV accreditation status.
- Hiring manager contact information.
- IP addresses, browser headers, operating system.
- Cookies & session interaction logs.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your personal data is strictly processed for legitimate migration and recruitment purposes:
- Matching candidate trade skills against accredited employer vacancy specifications in Australia and New Zealand.
- Performing initial points assessments and Subclass 482 / AEWV eligibility checks.
- Submitting candidate shortlists to employer HR departments with candidate consent.
- Communicating interview invitations, skill assessment updates, and job offer letters.
- Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations under MARA (Australia) and IAA (New Zealand) migration agent codes of conduct.
4. Data Sharing & Cross-Border Transfers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies. Data is shared exclusively with:
1. Accredited Employers: Sponsoring companies in Australia and New Zealand evaluating candidates for sponsored employment.
2. Licensed Migration Consultants: MARA and IAA registered migration specialists under Red Migration FZC managing visa nominations.
3. Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Cloud hosting services (Google Firebase / Firestore) operating in SOC2 and ISO27001 certified data centers.
5. Data Security & Your Privacy Rights
We implement enterprise-grade security protocols, including 256-bit SSL encryption for data in transit and RESTful authorization rules for database access. You maintain full rights over your data:
- Access & Copy: Request a copy of all personal records stored in our database.
- Correction: Update or rectify outdated trade qualifications or contact details.
- Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request complete deletion of any personal communications or submitted inquiry records.
