1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or utilizing the JobFinder web platform (accessible via jobfinder.now and associated subdomains), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). JobFinder is an international skilled migration and recruitment service operated by Red Migration FZC (License No. 108, Rose 3 Building, Dubai, United Arab Emirates).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using our services.
2Scope of Services
JobFinder provides an online pathway directory connecting trade professionals and skilled candidates with accredited sponsoring employers in Australia and New Zealand. Our services include:
- Facilitating job discovery for Australian Subclass 482 (TSS) and New Zealand Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) pathways.
- Connecting candidates with MARA (Australia) and IAA (New Zealand) licensed migration agents affiliated with Red Migration FZC.
- Employer candidate shortlisting and sponsorship coordination.
Our footer also has other websites we link to: Build AI CV (buildaicv.com), Talent Tabloid (talenttabloid.com) and Skills Assessment Australia (rpldirect.com.au). Each of these websites has its own terms, privacy and cookie policies, so read them before you share anything there.
3Job Seeker & Visitor Declarations
When reviewing job opportunities or contacting employers through advertised channels, you acknowledge and agree that:
All information provided directly to employers (CV, qualifications, trade licensing, employment certificates, English language scores) must be true, accurate, and genuine.
You have not been refused a visa or deported from Australia, New Zealand, or any other country without full disclosure to relevant immigration authorities.
You acknowledge that submitting fraudulent certificates or false work histories will result in immediate disqualification and potential reporting to immigration authorities.
4Employer Sponsoring & Migration Disclaimer
JobFinder facilitates introductions between candidates and accredited sponsoring employers. While we verify employer Standard Business Sponsorship (SBS) and AEWV accreditation status, JobFinder and Red Migration FZC do not guarantee visa approval, which remains at the absolute discretion of the Australian Department of Home Affairs and Immigration New Zealand (INZ).
5Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, page layouts, graphical elements, content, trade secrets, and software scripts associated with JobFinder belong exclusively to Red Migration FZC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the portal solely for personal job seeking or legitimate recruitment purposes.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Red Migration FZC and its directors, employees, migration agents, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the portal, including employer hiring decisions or processing delays by immigration authorities.
7Governing Law & Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Dubai. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
