The kitchen cooks modern, creative food from local and sustainable produce. You run a station, cook to a high standard and help the Head Chef test new menu items. You also guide junior cooks.

Key responsibilities
- Cook creative, well-presented dishes
- Hold high standards for food quality, presentation and service
- Help the Head Chef create new menu items and fine-tune recipes
- Follow every food safety and hygiene rule strictly
- Run your own station and keep the kitchen moving
- Guide and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Join team meetings and training sessions
- Prepare a wide range of dishes during each service
Requirements
- At least 2 years as a Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant
- Formal culinary training or a relevant hospitality qualification
- Excellent cooking skills, close attention to detail and strong presentation
- Thorough food safety and hygiene knowledge
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
- Able to adapt and do well in a busy kitchen
- Comfortable in a high-pressure setting
