Full-time Chef de Partie wanted for a busy wedding and events kitchen near Wollongong.

Key responsibilities
- Run a section from prep through service at weddings and events
- Plan menus, tastings and seasonal switches alongside the Head Chef
- Manage food safety, ordering and stock; train junior chefs and kitchen hands
- Cook for catering jobs at the group's other venues
Requirements
- 3 years' culinary experience with time as a CDP or strong Demi
- Can plate big numbers and hold quality
- Food safety certification (or gained within 30 days of starting) and a Drivers License, which is required
