Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional cutting, colouring and styling services
- Create balayage and contemporary colour treatments
- Perform corrective and colour transformation work
- Consult with clients to understand their individual requirements
- Assess hair condition and select appropriate techniques and products
- Deliver personalised results while maintaining professional standards
- Build strong and respectful client relationships
- Work closely with other members of the salon team
- Participate in ongoing technical training and creative education
- Apply current industry techniques and styling trends
- Support salon creative projects, events and educational activities
- Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene and professionalism
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional hairdressing experience
- Background working in a premium or high-end salon
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with balayage
- Strong creative colour capabilities
- Practical experience in colour correction
- Confident hair cutting and styling skills
- Ability to demonstrate genuine professional experience through supporting evidence
- Strong client consultation and communication abilities
- Commitment to delivering quality client experiences
- Creative approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional salon environment
- Willingness to undertake further training and develop advanced skills
- Professional attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
