A growing salon team in Western Australia is looking for qualified Hairdressers, Stylists and Colourists who can demonstrate genuine technical ability, professional experience and a strong understanding of client service. Key responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling and finishing services
- Deliver hair colouring and colour-related services
- Conduct client consultations and identify individual hair requirements
- Recommend suitable styles, colours and treatments based on client needs
- Apply professional techniques with attention to detail and quality
- Maintain consistent service and workmanship standards
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients
- Stay informed about current hair trends, techniques and products
- Participate in professional training and ongoing education
- Work collaboratively with fellow salon professionals
- Contribute to photoshoots, fashion projects and creative activities
- Maintain professional appearance and salon presentation standards
Requirements
- Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent recognised qualification
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in a professional salon environment
- Experience as a qualified Hairdresser, Stylist and/or Colourist
- Strong practical knowledge of hairdressing techniques
- Colouring experience and technical knowledge highly regarded
- Ability to demonstrate genuine professional skills and experience
- Strong communication and client consultation abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional, positive and self-motivated approach
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced salon environment
- Willingness to undertake further training and professional development
- Ability to provide verifiable evidence of qualifications and employment history
