A Christchurch holiday park wants a full-time Holiday Park Assistant Manager and will train the right person.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle arrivals, check-outs and guest questions by phone, email or face to face
  • Keep guests happy for their whole visit
  • Process reservations from online travel agents and other channels
  • Clean, fix and tidy the park, and inspect units, sites and amenities
  • Support pool and hot pool operations
  • Coordinate daily jobs with teammates, do light admin and learn occupancy, rates and online booking control

Requirements

  • Reliable, responsible and keen to learn
  • Friendly, sure of yourself with guests and a clear communicator
  • Organised across many tasks, practical and hands-on
  • Works solo or in a team and stays calm and positive in rush periods
  • Keen on a long-term hospitality and tourism career; good English communication skills required
