Key responsibilities
- Prep and cook menu dishes to the set quality standard
- Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and compliant with hygiene and food safety rules
- Move fast and stay efficient under pressure, pulling together with the crew for smooth service
- Support stock control and cut down waste
Requirements
- Chef experience gained in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong passion for Italian cuisine, fresh produce and quality ingredients
- Good attention to detail at a fast pace, plus strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, weekends and evenings included
- Stretching, topping and oven work for Italian-style pizza: preferred, not essential. The right candidate gets full training
