Job description
For a delivery role built around trust, your driving record, reliability and ability to handle responsibility matter. A full-time Dairy Milk Delivery Driver opportunity is available in Western Australia for a capable MR or HR driver with demonstrated experience in safe vehicle operation and customer-facing delivery work. You will be trusted to manage a dedicated route, handle dairy products carefully and maintain consistent service from the first delivery to the last. This is an opportunity to put your proven driving skills and professional work habits into a role with genuine responsibility and independence.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a medium rigid manual vehicle safely throughout the delivery route
- Take ownership of daily deliveries from departure through to route completion
- Transport and deliver dairy products safely and efficiently
- Complete deliveries according to established schedules
- Maintain professional communication with customers at delivery locations
- Build positive working relationships with regular customers
- Complete vehicle inspections before commencing daily duties
- Report vehicle faults, safety concerns or maintenance requirements
- Load and unload products using safe manual handling practices
- Ensure products are handled carefully throughout transportation
- Maintain accurate delivery records and supporting documentation
- Follow road laws, workplace policies and established safety procedures
- Assist with maintaining reliable and efficient distribution operations
- Work approximately 42 hours per week from 2:00am, Monday to Saturday
Requirements
- Current MR or HR driver's licence
- Demonstrated experience driving medium rigid vehicles
- Proven safe driving history
- Reliable and consistent employment record
- Ability to independently manage delivery responsibilities
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- Strong personal responsibility and work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Practical problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong commitment to workplace and road safety
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg to shoulder height
- Knowledge of Australian road transport requirements
- Availability for early-morning work from 2:00am, Monday to Saturday
