Key responsibilities

  • Daily and weekly reports: production, timesheets, plant.
  • Productivity and project performance analysis.
  • Quantity reconciliation for piling, trackers and modules.
  • Registers: survey, pile testing, tolerance, deliveries, QA.
  • Quality paperwork: ITPs, ITCs, ITRs and punch lists.
  • Systems: AppSheet trackers, dashboards, project systems, plus process improvement and site system optimisation.
  • Data checks for discrepancies and trends, materials and laydown planning, and reporting contact with project teams, the client and the principal contractor.

Requirements

  • Desirable: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Operations Engineering or related technical qualification or background.
  • Strong analytics; comfortable with large or complex data sets.
  • Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP).
  • Keen on process improvement, productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Can read workflows and find ways to improve systems and processes.
  • Excellent detail focus and problem solving.
  • Learns new systems fast; works autonomously in a remote site environment.
  • Advantageous: Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, AppSheet, Employment Hero or Primavera P6.
  • Highly regarded: background in solar construction, manufacturing, logistics, operations or other project-based environments.
