Key responsibilities
- Visit clients at home to give clinical and personal care of a high standard
- Update digital notes and care plans accurately after each visit
- Talk confidently with clients, families and health teams, keeping safety, dignity and wellbeing first
Requirements
- Current driver's licence plus a reliable vehicle
- AHPRA registration if you apply as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- First aid and CPR, both current
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus confidence on digital systems for care notes and messages
- Background in nursing or home care preferred (not essential)
