A top private aged care provider wants experienced Registered Nurses for its regional homes.
Listed in Sydney, NSW, with homes across regional NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA. Pay is $93,000 - $105,000 per year. Full-time, on a flexible 7-day rotating roster. It is an expression of interest, and sponsorship opportunities are open to eligible applicants.
You need current AHPRA registration already. Expect hands-on clinical care, medication rounds, care plans and mentoring of care staff.

Key responsibilities
- Safe, effective, person-centred clinical care
- Resident assessments and care planning

Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)
- At least 2 years as a Registered Nurse
- Overseas-only experience must be from the last 5 years; Australian experience highly regarded
- Strong clinical assessment and decisions
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Committed to high-quality, person-centred care
- Willing to work regionally in WA, SA, QLD, VIC or NSW
- Highly regarded: residential aged care, Aged Care Quality Standards knowledge, clinical team leadership
