Sous Chef wanted for a high-volume café kitchen on the Gold Coast.

Key responsibilities
- Run busy services with the kitchen team
- Help the Head Chef and Sous Chef manage the kitchen day to day
- Organise prep, sections and daily operations
- Keep food quality, presentation, safety and cleanliness on point
- Train staff, lead the kitchen when needed and keep the culture positive
Requirements
- High-volume café or similar kitchen experience
- Past Sous Chef, senior chef or supervisor experience
- Leads a team and a busy service with confidence
- Organised, clear communicator, reliable and calm under pressure
- Takes ownership, works hands-on with the team and has solid knowledge of food quality and consistency
- Free 5 days a week including Saturday and Sunday
