Carpenter needed in Melbourne for full-time, weekday contract work on timber ramps, steps and home accessibility upgrades.

Requirements

  • Carpenter trade qualification and at least 3 years in the trade
  • Proven residential carpentry, including ramps, steps or similar structures
  • Know the relevant building codes and accessibility standards
  • Read drawings and work without close supervision
  • Bring your own carpentry tools and hold a valid ABN
  • Hold a current Australian driver's licence
  • Have suitable Australian work rights or be eligible for employer sponsorship
  • Be free for 6:00 am starts when required
  • Ability to complete a background check and a pre-employment medical assessment
