Key responsibilities

  • Clinical and personal care at clients' homes

  • Clear communication with clients, families and health teams, keeping safety, dignity and well-being front of mind on every visit

Requirements

  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Up-to-date National Criminal History Check
  • Nursing Registration if applicable
  • First Aid plus CPR Certificates
  • Strong communication and people (interpersonal) skills
  • Comfortable with computers and digital systems used for care notes and communication
  • Nursing or home care background preferred, not essential
