We are seeking a capable Brick Paver / Hard Landscaper for commercial projects in Western Australia. This opportunity is aimed at tradespeople who understand that long-term success is built on more than technical skills. Reliability, consistency, teamwork and a willingness to take responsibility are equally important. You will work on commercial paving and hard landscaping projects across metropolitan areas, with the opportunity to establish yourself within a professional team and progress into greater responsibility over time.

Requirements

• • Carry out commercial paving and hard landscaping works
• • Install brick and block paving to required standards
• • Prepare and condition surfaces for installation
• • Measure and establish accurate levels
• • Set out paving areas according to project requirements
• • Cut, position and finish paving materials
• • Operate relevant tools and equipment safely
• • Complete finishing and edging work
• • Maintain quality and productivity standards
• • Work cooperatively with other team members
• • Maintain clean and safe work areas
• • Comply with site safety procedures and requirements
• • Travel to various metropolitan project sites
• • Take ownership of assigned tasks
• • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving ability
• • Develop toward Leading Hand and supervisory responsibilities
