Part-time Registered Nurse needed at a 20-bed aged care home near Grafton, NSW.

Small home. Part-time hours. Shifts on mixed days. The operator is a not-for-profit in New South Wales with aged care homes, home care services and retirement villages.

Key responsibilities

Requirements

  • Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Post-graduate applications are welcome
  • Affinity and experience with residents with dementia, or willingness to gain experience
  • Excellent communication, excellent clinical problem-solving and an excellent, highly motivated team player
  • Availability for various shifts across various days
  • Vaccinated under the organisation's immunisation policy, including a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza
  • Willingness to undertake a National Criminal History Check, plus a pre-employment medical assessment
