Key responsibilities
- Give clinical and personal care at client homes
- Keep notes and care plans accurate
- Talk clearly with clients, families and health teams, keeping every visit safe, dignified and focused on wellbeing
Requirements
- Driver's Licence (current) plus a reliable vehicle
- National Criminal History Check, current
- Nursing Registration if applicable
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and confident computer use for digital care notes and communication
- Nursing or home care experience preferred, not essential
