A Perth disability care provider needs a nurse-qualified Service Manager to run its care services.
The job is permanent and full-time in Perth, WA, paying $37 to $53 an hour. You must be an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Disability experience matters most, and aged care also counts.

Key responsibilities
- Manage care services for clients with disability
- Set up person-centred support plans with clients, families and health professionals
- Lead, mentor, train and resource support workers for complex client needs
- Keep services within NDIS rules and government standards, including client funds
- Keep client records and assessments thorough and build strong stakeholder ties
Requirements
- Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse, registered with AHPRA
- Proven disability care experience, ideally in the NDIS framework, and/or aged care experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse people
- Committed to high clinical care and compliance standards
- NDIS understanding and experience with complex-needs clients
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate under 3 years old
- Valid driver's licence
