Key responsibilities
- Make frequent visits to client sites
- Fill large client job orders fast
- Build rosters around client needs
- Manage accounts and keep clients in regular contact
- Give clients high-quality service
- Handle on-boarding, performance management and terminations
- Sort out payroll and WHS issues for employees
- Keep good relationships with clients and casual staff

Requirements
- Sales or customer relationship management experience: highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Confident, friendly phone manner and a positive, proactive attitude to problem-solving
- Computer literate and proficient in relevant systems
- Thrives in a small, highly efficient team
- Valid driver's licence plus reliable transport
