Experienced 4WD and auto accessories fitter needed in Melbourne to install canopies, trays and toolboxes for a growing Australian manufacturer.
This is a full-time Auto Accessories Fitter job in Melbourne, VIC, with an immediate start. You fit the company's own products to customer vehicles in purpose-built bays. Many vehicles are brand new. Expect standard, plug-in hybrid and electric models. Best suited to people already in the automotive aftermarket or 4WD accessories game. Suitable visa holders seeking sponsorship are considered.

Key responsibilities
- Remove and refit parts on customer vehicles
- Prep and install accessories, often on brand new vehicles
- Fit trays and drawer modules built in the company's factory
- Install windows and keyless entry systems from the same factory
- Assemble and mount canopies, trays and other accessories
- Turn out quality work with an eye on detail and safety
Requirements
- Vehicle accessory fitting experience
- Automotive installation experience
- Good 4x4 accessories knowledge
- Sharp attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Driver's licence and forklift licence (forklift licence can be arranged)
- Auto-electrical or OBD experience preferred, not essential
