A South West WA bakery wants a full-time Baker for early bread and pastry production.

Requirements
- Passion for quality cabinet products, shown in your work
- Teamwork experience
- Preparation, service and kitchen management experience
- Volume bakery experience
- Formal commercial cooking trade qualifications or equivalent
- Excellent communicator
- HACCP experience desirable
- High emphasis on food hygiene
- Commercial bread oven experience
- Positive attitude, energetic work ethic, adaptable
- Can work very early
