Key responsibilities

  • Deliver professional haircuts, fades and modern barbering styles
  • Provide beard trimming, shaping and grooming services
  • Consult with clients to understand their preferred style and requirements
  • Use professional barbering techniques to achieve consistent results
  • Demonstrate accuracy, precision and attention to detail in every service
  • Provide a high level of customer service and client care
  • Build professional relationships with new and returning clients
  • Maintain clean, hygienic and organised workstations
  • Clean, maintain and safely use barbering tools and equipment
  • Follow workplace hygiene, health and safety procedures
  • Maintain awareness of current barbering trends and techniques
  • Complete services efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Work professionally and cooperatively with other team members
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful workplace culture
  • Maintain reliable attendance and professional standards

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience as a Barber
  • Demonstrated hands-on barbering capability
  • Strong haircutting, fading and styling skills
  • Experience in beard trimming and grooming
  • Relevant barbering qualification or recognised industry experience
  • Ability to provide evidence of relevant qualifications and work experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude
  • Reliable, motivated and committed to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet professional workplace standards
