Requirements

• • Deliver professional haircutting, styling and men's grooming services
• • Perform fades, tapers, skin fades and precision cuts
• • Provide traditional and contemporary barbering services
• • Trim, shape and style beards to suit individual client requirements
• • Consult with clients regarding hairstyles, grooming preferences and desired results
• • Apply appropriate barbering techniques based on each client's requirements
• • Maintain a consistently high standard of workmanship
• • Demonstrate accuracy, creativity and attention to detail
• • Provide professional and respectful customer service
• • Use and maintain barbering tools and equipment appropriately
• • Clean and sanitise equipment and work areas
• • Maintain a professional, organised and hygienic workstation
• • Work efficiently while maintaining service quality during busy periods
• • Keep knowledge of current barbering styles and techniques up to date
• • Follow workplace health, safety and hygiene procedures
• • Work collaboratively with other team members
