Requirements

• • Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts based on individual client requirements
• • Perform modern fades, skin fades and precision haircutting
• • Carry out beard trims, shaping and grooming services
• • Consult with clients to identify preferred styles and grooming needs
• • Use professional barbering techniques to achieve clean and consistent results
• • Maintain high standards of accuracy, finishing and presentation
• • Provide courteous, professional and personalised customer service
• • Develop strong working relationships with regular and new clients
• • Maintain barbering tools and equipment appropriately
• • Keep the workstation clean, sanitised and organised throughout the working day
• • Follow workplace hygiene, safety and cleanliness procedures
• • Complete client services efficiently in a busy barbershop environment
• • Work effectively both independently and alongside other barbers
• • Maintain awareness of current men’s haircut and grooming trends
• • Contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture
