Key responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain the inside of the buildings
  • Repair and maintain the outside of the buildings
  • Handle everything from minor repairs to helping on large-scale construction projects
  • Find defects and maintenance issues, then report them
  • Reply to tenant maintenance requests fast and fix problems professionally
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance
  • Assist with building improvement works
  • Suggest practical fixes that keep the buildings in shape long term

Requirements

  • Neat appearance and clear communication with tenants, colleagues and contractors
