An established manufacturing business in Queensland is seeking an experienced Qualified Cabinet Maker with proven hands-on capability in custom cabinetry and joinery. This opportunity is suited to professionals whose technical skills, production experience and quality standards can translate confidently into an Australian manufacturing environment. You’ll be involved in transforming designs and specifications into high-quality finished cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. The role combines skilled craftsmanship with modern manufacturing technology, including CNC machinery and automated production equipment.

Requirements

• • Manufacture custom cabinetry and joinery to specified designs
• • Produce kitchens, wardrobes, laundries and other bespoke cabinetry
• • Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans
• • Accurately measure, cut and prepare materials for production
• • Operate CNC routers and computer-controlled woodworking equipment
• • Operate panel saws, beam saws and edge banding machinery
• • Assemble cabinetry and joinery components accurately
• • Complete detailed finishing and quality-control checks
• • Ensure finished products meet required specifications
• • Identify and rectify production issues where appropriate
• • Maintain consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process
• • Assist with installation work when required
• • Use tools and machinery safely and correctly
• • Maintain an organised and productive work area
• • Follow workplace health, safety and manufacturing procedures
• • Work effectively with colleagues across production and installation
• • Complete projects according to required production schedules
