Requirements

• • Conduct professional consultations to identify client requirements
• • Recommend suitable hair care products and maintenance routines
• • Perform cutting using scissors, thinning scissors and clippers
• • Deliver men's and women's haircutting services
• • Carry out colouring, highlighting and chemical straightening
• • Provide professional shampooing and conditioning services
• • Create polished styles for formal events and special occasions
• • Perform braiding and hair-piece styling as required
• • Adapt techniques to different hair types, styles and client preferences
• • Maintain consistent technical and service standards
• • Build positive relationships and trust with clients
• • Deliver personalised customer service throughout each appointment
• • Encourage repeat business and contribute to client retention
• • Maintain a clean, organised and professional work area
• • Work cooperatively with other salon professionals
• • Contribute to a positive team culture and professional workplace
