Requirements
- • Provide professional hairdressing, barbering and beauty services according to your specialist skills
- • Consult with clients and identify suitable services based on their requirements
- • Perform men's and women's haircuts, styling, blow waves and hair-ups
- • Complete root touch-ups, global colouring, foils, highlights and lowlights
- • Perform balayage, ombré, toning and colour correction services
- • Carry out keratin, nanoplasty, Hair Botox and other smoothing treatments where qualified
- • Perform straightening, perming and other chemical treatments within your expertise
- • Provide barbering and men's grooming services where applicable
- • Perform threading, waxing, facials and professional beauty treatments
- • Provide eyebrow and eyelash extensions and tinting where qualified
- • Recommend appropriate treatments and professional home-care products
- • Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety standards
- • Provide professional consultations and a positive client experience
- • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and professional conduct
- • Work collaboratively with other salon professionals
- • Maintain current knowledge of industry techniques, products and services
