We are looking for a creative and confident Hairstylist to join an exciting beauty-focused team in New South Wales. Key responsibilities

  • Deliver professional hairstyling services across a range of client requirements
  • Create blow-dry, upstyle, braided and occasion hairstyles
  • Develop customised looks for individual clients
  • Style hair for weddings, events and special occasions
  • Assist with photoshoots, campaigns and creative projects
  • Provide professional consultations and styling recommendations
  • Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience
  • Maintain strong standards of presentation and workmanship
  • Work effectively in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with other stylists and beauty professionals
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised styling area
  • Stay informed about emerging beauty and hairstyling trends
  • Participate in industry education and professional masterclasses
  • Adapt confidently to different salon, event and creative environments

Requirements

  • Demonstrated professional hairstyling experience
  • Relevant hairdressing qualification is preferred
  • Strong practical skills across multiple hairstyling techniques
  • Experience in event, bridal or occasion styling is advantageous
  • Ability to demonstrate previous work and professional capabilities
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Creative approach to hairstyling
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional presentation and communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Reliable and adaptable approach to work
  • Interest in ongoing training and industry development
  • Ability to work in a busy and client-focused environment
