Job description
Head Chef wanted for a waterfront restaurant with around 80 seats, part of a respected and growing hospitality group.
It is a full-time role on a 38-hour week, cooking a modern Australian menu with big flavours, small plates and plates to share, all made in-house from local produce. You will write menus with the owner, train the team and run service from the pass. Current head chefs and senior sous chefs stepping into a first head chef role can both apply. Visa sponsorship is open for discussion for the right person.
