Key responsibilities
- Run daily bar and venue operations
- Lead, supervise and train bar and front-of-house staff
- Keep customer service at a high standard
- Handle stock control, ordering, inventory and cash
- Open and close the venue and follow RSA, liquor licensing and safety rules
- Help with rosters, staff performance, cost control, functions, events and promotions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in hospitality management or supervision
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Busy pub or tavern experience
- Current RSA certificate
- WA Approved Manager accreditation, or willing to get it
- Can work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Reliable, professional and able to work independently
