A Sydney hospitality group is hiring Pastry Chefs at Demi Chef through to Sous Chef level.

The basics first. This is a Pastry Chef job in Sydney, NSW, paying $75,000 - $85,000 per year. It is listed as full time, and part-time places exist as well. Requirements

  • 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant or production kitchen
  • Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent
  • Viennoiserie know-how is highly regarded
  • Thrives at speed in a high-energy kitchen, with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Can work days, nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Real passion for quality ingredients and creative execution, backed by strong technical pastry skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Currently living in Australia
