Senior Cook / Chef wanted for a busy country hotel pub in New South Wales.
The job is in Dubbo, NSW. Pay is $70,000 - $80,000 per year. Full-time, with shifts across days, nights and weekends. You back up the Head Chef and run the junior crew during service. Pan, grill and cold larder experience is what counts here.

Key responsibilities
- Cook and serve to the menu, the recipes and the Head Chef's standards
- Monitor stock and cut waste
- Teach techniques and cooking procedures to junior staff
- Run kitchen attendants and apprentices on shift
- Keep the kitchen and food stores clean and compliant with food safety law, follow food handling procedures and report incidents to the Head Chef
- Check in deliveries for quality and store them correctly
- Handle special diets and help plan menus
Requirements
- At least 5 years on pan and grill sections, hands-on
- Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery, plus a cook or chef skills assessment
- Living in Australia and available for a trial
- Available days, nights and weekends, with flexibility
- Strong teamwork and communication
