Requirements
- • Lead and coordinate engineering activities throughout project delivery
- • Work alongside the Project Manager to achieve project safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives
- • Ensure construction works meet approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements and project timeframes
- • Develop, monitor and update construction plans and project programs
- • Provide practical engineering advice and technical support to site teams
- • Interpret civil, structural and services drawings and identify project requirements
- • Prepare, manage and close technical queries with relevant stakeholders
- • Assist with procurement and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
- • Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance, costs and project deliverables
- • Coordinate construction sequencing and ensure activities remain aligned with project schedules
- • Monitor quality performance and ensure required quality control processes are implemented
- • Track project expenditure and assist with budget and cost management
- • Prepare monthly financial reporting and cost-to-complete forecasts
- • Monitor project progress and proactively identify construction risks and potential delays
- • Assist with resolving technical, commercial and operational project issues
- • Maintain effective communication with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure construction activities are undertaken safely
