Requirements

• • Provide senior client-side project management
• • Lead complex construction and building renewal programmes
• • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and delivery strategies
• • Manage consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• • Oversee project procurement and contractual requirements
• • Monitor project financial performance and programme delivery
• • Manage construction and physical works within operational facilities
• • Coordinate building-services requirements and technical interfaces
• • Ensure building and regulatory compliance
• • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change
• • Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders
• • Produce clear and accurate project reporting
• • Maintain project quality and delivery standards
