E C Throsby is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to take responsibility for the site's quality, food safety and compliance functions at its Whittingham operation in New South Wales. This is an opportunity for a capable QA professional to bring proven knowledge into a highly regulated export environment, with structured support and mentoring available for someone ready to broaden their experience.

Requirements

• • Manage and continuously improve site quality, food safety and compliance systems
• • Maintain Approved Arrangements and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
• • Coordinate internal, customer and regulatory audits, including DAFF requirements
• • Maintain a strong state of audit readiness across the operation
• • Lead CAPA investigations and ensure corrective actions address root causes
• • Manage non-conformances and drive sustainable improvements
• • Conduct verification activities, traceability testing and mock recalls
• • Maintain document control and ensure records remain accurate and compliant
• • Lead QA activities covering pre-operational, hygiene and process verification
• • Develop and support the site's QA team through effective leadership and coaching
• • Fulfil the Site Animal Welfare Officer responsibilities in line with AMIC requirements
