A new Melbourne CBD restaurant needs a Restaurant Manager to help run its floor.
The job is full-time in Melbourne, Victoria. The venue sits in a heritage dining room off a historic city laneway. It has a dining room, a bar and a private room. The menu is produce-led and cooked over charcoal. An Assistant Restaurant Manager is being hired at the same time, because the management team is growing after a strong opening. Key responsibilities

Requirements
