Requirements

• • Deliver professional cutting, colouring and styling services to clients
• • Conduct detailed consultations and identify individual client needs
• • Create personalised styles while maintaining high technical standards
• • Provide consistent, professional and client-focused service
• • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• • Use professional haircare products, tools and equipment effectively
• • Maintain awareness of current trends, techniques and industry developments
• • Recommend appropriate haircare products and services to clients
• • Maintain excellent standards of salon presentation and hygiene
• • Manage services efficiently within a busy salon environment
• • Work collaboratively with other members of the salon team
• • Share technical knowledge and practical experience with junior stylists
• • Support the development of less-experienced team members
• • Participate in training, workshops and ongoing professional education
• • Contribute to a positive, professional and creative team environment
