You will oversee a team of approximately seven employees while working alongside an experienced Assistant Manager and receiving support from regional leadership. Requirements
- • Own the day-to-day leadership and performance of the retail store
- • Create a customer-first environment through active leadership on the shop floor
- • Set clear sales expectations and help the team achieve store KPIs
- • Coach and mentor employees to improve individual and team performance
- • Build a positive workplace culture based on teamwork, accountability, and development
- • Monitor sales activity and identify opportunities for commercial improvement
- • Manage stock, inventory accuracy, merchandising, and store administration
- • Maintain efficient daily operating procedures and high store standards
- • Coordinate team learning through available internal training resources
- • Work closely with the Assistant Manager to maintain consistent operational performance
- • Communicate effectively with regional leaders and implement agreed business initiatives
- • Use product knowledge and customer insight to support informed purchasing decisions
- • Ensure customers receive professional advice and a consistently high-quality retail experience
