A reputable industrial workshop in Western Australia is seeking a Workshop Trades Assistant to support its experienced team working with electric motors, pumps, generators and rotating equipment. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate genuine hands-on experience, dependable work history and the ability to adapt to a professional Australian workshop environment.

Requirements

• • Provide day-to-day assistance to workshop tradespeople
• • Assist with motor, pump and rotating equipment repairs
• • Support supervised dismantling and component preparation
• • Move equipment and materials safely around the workshop
• • Load and unload incoming and outgoing equipment
• • Prepare completed jobs for collection or delivery
• • Pack equipment and prepare pallets
• • Assist with local pickups and deliveries
• • Clean and prepare workshop parts
• • Maintain workshop cleanliness and organisation
• • Use hand tools safely and correctly
• • Follow workplace safety requirements
• • Assist with general workshop operations
• • Develop further knowledge of industrial repair processes
