Job description
A fast-growing funds management platform needs a Senior Finance Manager to take charge of financial control and fund operations.
The job is in Sydney, NSW, with hybrid working. It is full-time and pays $170,000 - $190,000 per year + super. It is a newly created position in a boutique, entrepreneurial team.
You lead reporting on NAV, cashflow forecasts and financing. You review outsourced administrators and advisers, help with compliance and deal with auditors and banks. You need a background in funds or in property financial control.

Key responsibilities
- Own financial control and daily fund operations.
- Review work from outsourced fund administrators, property accountants and tax advisers.
- Lead reporting: NAV calculations, cashflow forecasts, financing arrangements.
- Help with compliance and liaise with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners, external accountants, auditors and bankers.
Requirements
- CA/CPA qualification held
- Relevant funds or property sector experience (client side) as an FM or Senior FM
- Excellent written and verbal communication, a strong work ethic, initiative, and a proactive, positive approach to work
