Key responsibilities
- Accounts Officer

- Manage petty cash and staff expenses
- Process refunds and financial adjustments

- Oversee financial management and office administration
- Prepare financial reports and financial data
- Develop and monitor organisational budgets
- Analyse financial performance and industry trends

- Oversee account reconciliations
- Monitor financial and tax reporting compliance
- Assist with cash-flow forecasting
- Maintain financial policies and procedures

- Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician
- Drive waste collection vehicles
- Complete scheduled rubbish and sani-bin services
- Conduct basic truck checks and report faults
- Collect and deliver freight and waste bins
- Maintain yard areas
- Complete night fogging duties
- Carry out lawn mowing and tree-trimming work
- Assist with digging and general labouring
- Interact directly with customers
- Support additional operational duties as required
- Contracts Administrator
- Maintain contracts, project files and documentation
- Coordinate administrative paperwork for projects and programs
- Monitor contractor work and variations
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and trades
- Track project requirements and schedules
- Respond to contract-related queries
- Assist with contractor coordination and project delivery
- Ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date
- Welder
- Read and interpret plans, drawings and technical instructions
- Perform MIG, TIG and other welding processes
- Complete field welding and installation work
- Work with metal sheeting, ductwork, fixtures, vents and fans
- Select suitable fillers and welding materials
- Coordinate with field labour and installation teams
- Grind and deburr metal components
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Use materials responsibly and minimise waste
- Inspect finished welding work
- Senior Pest Control Technician
- Inspect residential and commercial properties
- Identify pest activity, infestations and entry points
- Recommend suitable pest treatment solutions
- Provide customers with professional pest prevention advice
- Treat termites, ants and other insects
- Set and monitor rodent traps and bait
- Remove wasp, hornet and bee nests safely
- Seal pest entry points using suitable materials
- Recommend appropriate pest control products and services
- Complete ongoing pest management and maintenance work
- Follow safe chemical handling procedures
- Truck Mechanic
- Perform scheduled truck servicing and preventative maintenance
- Inspect braking, steering and wheel-bearing systems
- Diagnose mechanical and vehicle faults
- Use computerised diagnostic equipment
- Repair and replace defective components
- Service vehicle cooling and heating systems
- Conduct road tests after repairs
- Check vehicle emissions and operating systems
- Verify component dimensions and clearances
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Follow workshop safety procedures
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications, licences or demonstrated industry experience
