This position is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who can deliver consistent, high-quality finishes and confidently handle a variety of vehicle repair work. You’ll work in a modern workshop environment using the Glasurit paint system, with a strong focus on workmanship, efficiency and professional service.

Requirements

• • Prepare vehicle surfaces and panels for painting
• • Carry out automotive spray painting and refinishing
• • Complete small and large paint repairs
• • Perform sanding, masking, priming and preparation
• • Mix and apply automotive paint products
• • Use Glasurit paint systems
• • Match colours and achieve consistent finishes
• • Inspect completed work for quality
• • Repair imperfections and paint defects
• • Maintain workshop tools and equipment
• • Keep work areas clean and organised
• • Follow workplace safety procedures
• • Work effectively with the wider workshop team
