Job description
We are seeking a dependable and professionally minded Life Facilitator to join a dedicated 24/7 support team assisting a highly motivated tetraplegic client. Because this position involves close personal support, the right candidate needs to demonstrate more than technical ability. Integrity, reliability, communication and accountability are central to the role. We are looking for someone who can establish professional trust, respect boundaries and consistently follow through on their responsibilities. You will support the client in maintaining an active and independent lifestyle, including personal routines, work commitments, family activities and day-to-day responsibilities. You will work alongside an established team and receive practical training from the client and existing team members. This opportunity is particularly suited to candidates who can demonstrate a strong professional identity, genuine commitment to support work and the ability to operate responsibly within a structured environment.
Requirements

- • Adapt to changes in schedules and support requirements
- • Participate in day, afternoon, evening and overnight shifts
- • Complete sleepover duties as rostered
- • Provide support during travel when required
- • Attend training and follow role-specific guidance
- • Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality
- • Contribute to a respectful, safe and positive team environment
