Requirements

• • Lead the development of creative non-alcoholic drinks and pairing concepts
• • Use seasonal fruit, herbs and botanicals to create distinctive beverage experiences
• • Experiment with new flavours, ingredients and presentation techniques
• • Ensure drinks consistently meet high standards of quality and visual presentation
• • Deliver friendly, professional and memorable service
• • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the bar
• • Maintain cleanliness, organisation and hygiene standards across the work area
• • Work closely with kitchen and service teams to align drinks with the menu
• • Develop a strong understanding of seasonal produce and ingredient availability
• • Share relevant product knowledge to enhance the guest experience
• • Identify opportunities to improve and evolve the beverage offering
• • Follow workplace health, safety and operational requirements
