Key responsibilities

  • Deliver precision haircuts, fades, trims and contemporary barbering styles
  • Provide professional beard shaping, grooming and shaving services
  • Discuss client preferences and recommend appropriate styles
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality results across all services
  • Provide professional and personable customer service
  • Develop strong relationships with regular and new clients
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic and organised work area
  • Care for and safely operate barbering tools and equipment
  • Follow workplace hygiene, health and safety procedures
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Work effectively within a busy team environment
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming client experience

Requirements

  • Valid passport
  • Updated resume/CV
  • Relevant barbering qualification certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant barbering experience
  • Verifiable evidence of previous employment, including employment letters, contracts or payslips
  • English language ability with a minimum score of 5
  • Strong practical barbering and client service skills
  • Genuine and verifiable identity documentation
  • Authentic and verifiable qualification and employment records
  • Ability to provide supporting documents during the recruitment process
  • Ability to undertake full-time employment in Western Australia
  • Eligible candidates may be considered for sponsorship
