Requirements

• • Deliver quality haircuts for men, women and children
• • Create and maintain traditional, modern and contemporary hairstyles
• • Consult with customers to understand their preferred style and grooming needs
• • Provide beard trimming, shaping and styling services
• • Perform wet shaves where appropriately trained
• • Ensure accurate cutting, styling and finishing on every service
• • Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• • Provide friendly, professional and personalised customer service
• • Build positive relationships with new and returning clients
• • Recommend suitable hair care and grooming products
• • Maintain clean, hygienic and organised work areas
• • Care for barbering tools and equipment appropriately
• • Follow workplace health, safety and hygiene requirements
• • Work effectively with other barbers, hairdressers and team members
• • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• • Contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture
